Helping a great software dev team, again

From October, I will have the pleasure to manage a great software dev team. Updating governance and processes, stabilizing the technical pipeline and educating the team will be the first tasks. In then end, I will make sure the team can focus on what they can do best: produce great code and make the product which is already used by hundreds of enterprise users better every day.
